Day 1: Experience reports and exchange about innovations at WS
On Tuesday, the WS DAYS officially started with a welcome and keynote. Afterwards, various workshops and presentations took place on topics such as optimising the online shop, new disposition and benchmarking. At the WS Marketing Stammtisch, which took place "offline" for the first time, all interested parties could lay a foundation for their social media strategy. There was also a presentation on Payyo, which dealt with insurance and debit cards for ski instructors. Host Gerhard Altenberger, who is also the head of the Altenberger ski school, welcomed the participants and talked about the challenges of hotel management compared to a ski school. We were also able to convince ourselves of the highlights of the hotel - the wellness and spa area as well as the regional cuisine at the highest level - on the very first day.
Day 2: The ski school and its partners - ski day in the Skicircus
This year we again planned a whole day for skiing together. In perfect weather with lots of sunshine, we were able to explore the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn. In colourfully mixed groups, the ski schools exchanged ideas with each other and were inspired by the gastronomy in the ski area. After the ski day, we visited a ski rental shop and the cable cars. We ended the evening with an entertaining dinner at the extraordinary Kralleralm.
Day 3: The future: WS SPORTS New
Thursday was all about the future and the new WS SPORTS. In four different World Cafés, the participants were able to discuss and gather ideas on the topics of dynamic pricing, paperless office, billing and communication. A look over the shoulders of our developers and a discussion of the results brought the days in Leogang to a close.

We are already looking forward to the next WS DAYS with the WS Community. This much can already be revealed: The next WS DAYS will take place in April 2024.
