Online shop - WS Mobil - Customer portal: enormous relief in the office, greatly improved service and transparency for customers
since the 2009/2010 season. During this time, we have steadily expanded the use of the system. Since we have been using the online shop in combination with the customer portal and WS SPORTS Mobile, we have been able to save an enormous amount of time and resources - payments via the shop and the customer portal, no more printing out tickets and allocating groups to instructors directly via the scheduling system. Since then, we have constantly received compliments on how well organised the ski school is.
