The man behind the mySports customer portal

His passions - curling, motorcycling, fishing and the mountains. His job - technical manager at Waldhart Software. His name - Walter. Bernhard Walter. His mission - continuous improvement and development of our software products.

Bernhard joined our company just over a year ago, changing sports, so to speak - from soccer directly to skiing. Previously, he worked for 16 years in a company that statistically analyzed and evaluated all important soccer matches in the German-speaking world and beyond. Bernhard has been interested in mathematics since his school days, but before he devoted himself to computer science, he spent a year in Cyprus with the UN Blue Helmets after his compulsory military service. Immediately after joining our company, he dedicated himself to a mission of a completely different kind. Our mobile app for ski instructors, WS Sports Mobil, needed an overhaul. Bernhard set to work with great enthusiasm.  It wasn't long before Bernhard had the next project on the go - our newest tool - the mySports customer portal.

Both tools are an integral part of our offer and that of a modern ski school and are continuously developed by Bernhard and his team.

The newest feature is the rating function. With this, the guest can rate the ski school, his ski instructor, the price/performance ratio, etc. - depending on the wishes of the ski school. The ski school puts the questions in WS Sports Mobil - the guest awards stars in the customer portal and can leave a message. The ski instructor, in turn, immediately sees his personal ratings and messages from his guests in his APP. From experience and tests we know that the feedback for the ski instructors is usually very good and confirms them in their work. For the ski school, the rating function is an easy-to-use and time-saving tool for continuous improvement of customer satisfaction.
