Short, entertaining and meaningful – how your image video will be a success!

Whether it's a new Instagram trend, breathtaking mountain views, or glimpses into the daily life of ski school – your entertaining Instagram Reels are already catching eyes. We'd like to give you a few tips on how to add the finishing touches to your ski instructor image videos with meaningful messages.

In addition to helpful dos and don'ts for your Instagram reel, we delved deeply into the proper approach to your target audience in our recent employer branding webinar. For instance, parents are interested in content about children's ski courses, while potential new employees are intrigued by the daily life at the ski school. Therefore, before hitting the record button, take some time to understand your target audience.

  • What defines your target audience?
  • What does your target audience expect from your ski school?
  • What are their interests?

By answering these questions, you can create content tailored to the specific needs of your target audience.

To add more impact to your content in line with the target audience, consider supplementing your recordings with a short interview. A personal interview with a ski instructor brings the experience to life and makes it tangible. The positive energy of the conversation adds authenticity to your reel and helps capture the emotions of the subsequent videos even better. For example, ask your ski instructors what they find most rewarding about working with children. After the interview, you can incorporate scenes from the children's area – and voila, you have a perfect reel for the 'family' target group. Doesn't sound too complicated, does it?

To make it easier for you to get started, we've already compiled some interview questions in our ski instructor image video guide. So, grab an interview partner and get started!
