The new chat feature for WS SPORTS, WS SPORTS mobile and mySports is here!

With our new chat feature, you simplify your work routine and simultaneously strengthen the connection between your guests and your ski school!

Even though an email remains an important tool in customer communication, sometimes things just need to happen quickly. With our new chat feature, you simplify your work routine and simultaneously strengthen the connection between your guests and your ski school! Sounds perfect, doesn't it? We'll tell you three reasons why integrating our new feature is an absolute must for your ski school.

1. Real-time interaction with your guests

Your ski instructors can contact their course participants through WS SPORTS Mobile, keeping them updated on course details, lesson content, or last-minute changes – even from the slopes.

Course participants can respond to these notifications in real-time in the mySports app or take proactive measures. For example, your guest can inform their ski instructor directly about a delay, without causing communication chaos in the ski school office.

Good to know: The blue checkmarks allow you to always see whether messages have been received or read.

2. Easy communication with your team

The new chat feature enables quick and direct communication between you and your ski instructors. Through WS SPORTS, you can send messages to your ski instructors from the ski school office and inform them about current bookings or course changes.

3. No data protection concerns

Exchanging phone numbers is a thing of the past! Since communication takes place through your ski school software solution, the phone numbers of your guests and ski instructors remain private. Additionally, you save yourself the hassle of creating individual chat groups. The best part: the chat is completely GDPR-compliant.
