WS Online Award goes to Lipno

This year, Waldhart Software used INTERALPIN as a worthy setting to present the first Waldhart Software, or WS for short, Online Award and awarded it to the ski school with the most online bookings.

Waldhart Software looks after almost 300 ski schools worldwide and supports them as a partner on their way to digitalization. It is unmistakable that the trend towards booking ski lessons online is unbroken. 270 of the nearly 300 customers that Waldhart Software serves operate an online shop. Having their own store enables the ski schools to satisfy the guests' need for fast and uncomplicated booking and at the same time to act independently of the countless platforms and their demands for commission.

In total, Waldhart Software's ski school customers generated sales of 35 million euros last season.

The winner of the WS Online Award, the Lipno Ski School, stands out in particular - it recorded more than 11,000 online bookings in its own store last winter.

The Lipno Ski School is located on the Vltava reservoir, Czech Republic, just over the Austrian border and has been a Waldhart Software customer since 2006. Since 2013, their guests have been able to book online.
Ski school director Petr Chalupa personally stopped by the Waldhart Software booth to receive the award together with his employee Dana Kodýdková.

Waldhart Software congratulates the Lipno Ski School on winning the award and wishes them continued success with their online store.

All customers who did not win this year should know that the award will be presented again in 2 years at INTERALPIN 2021 - then to the customer with the highest online share.
