Shortly afterwards, she was also awarded a prize by the Province of South Tyrol for her thesis.
In the meantime, we know that Isabella doesn't wear her nose so high that it rains in at the top and also that she doesn't need to refer to her academic background. She proves to our customers and her colleagues every day that, as a woman, she absolutely knows how to contribute a lot, even in a software house full of technicians.
With the help of her two colleagues Daniel and Stefan, she has kissed the web design department in our company awake from its slumber and led it to the top of the Tyrolean IT landscape. In the meantime, she has brought two more colleagues, Marlene and Philip, into her team.
With a nomination for Tirolissimo 2013, the creative work of her colleagues (Stefan & Daniel) was also honored right from the first submission. A second and third followed in each subsequent year.
Isabella has understood how to let the two departments of our company appear together to the outside world. Before, many of our software customers did not even know that we also offer web design and vice versa. Today, many customers appreciate the fact that Waldhart Software coordinates most of the IT services - from back-office software to the homepage and all the way to the online store.
One of Isabella's favorite customers is Gerold Angerer, the well-known clarinet maker from Fritzens (www.gerold-klarinetten.at). She herself plays the clarinet passionately and well in several orchestras: Stadtmusikkapelle Wilten, Musikkapelle Afing, ...
Sometimes Isabella is allowed to do projects for her home country South Tyrol, where she is at work with double commitment. See the websites of the ski schools Seiseralm, Carezza and Vals / Jochtal. In her opinion, however, this could be the case more often.
Isabella coordinates marketing at Waldhart Software and manages the entire web area. She is the contact person for customers and has the project management under control. This is not easy given the fact that almost everything is urgent and important, and new projects are always coming in in batches. Perhaps her training as a bandleader (conductor) helps her. Somehow - sometimes with a little delay - she always gets it done.
