How have you developed over the last 10 years?
I applied for a job as a web editor 10 years ago. I was trained in TYPO3, did maintenance work and filled websites. Soon I became the contact person for web customers, did sales and managed web projects. The next step was team leader in the web department.
After I returned from parental leave, Hannes offered me the position of deputy managing director. I will return to this position after my second parental leave.
Why do you like working at WS?
I like working at WS because the work is never boring, we always face new challenges, we have a great team and the best customers. I especially appreciate that the well-being of the employees plays a big role and that everyone is given the chance to develop as far as possible and to bring their skills and interests in line with those of the company.
I like working in partnership with the ski schools, it's exciting to pick up on the different ideas and work as a team to come up with solutions for the best possible implementation.
What is your favorite thing to work on?
I like to work as an "integrator" to create the best possible conditions for the employees, so that everyone enjoys their work, the communication between them works and the best possible services are provided for our customers.
What do you like to do in your free time?
In my free time I like to be outdoors - hiking in the summer, on the slopes in the winter - I like to read and music plays an important role.
How do you see the future of WS?
At the side of the ski schools, doing everything possible to continue to provide the best solutions together with our customers, and to meet the challenges of the near future together.
