For all participants who arrived at noon on day 1, the WS team prepared exciting workshops on online store maintenance and disposition new. In the spirit of this year's WS Days "Into the future", the workshop on the topic of "Climate Partner" was particularly important.
Skiing day at the Arosa Lenzerheide ski resort
Since a casual conversation can best be held while moving in our beautiful nature, this year for the first time we scheduled a whole day for skiing. The guides of the ski schools Arosa and Lenzerheide showed us their ski area, the ski school and the Bärenland Arosa on day 2.
Flying Dinner in the Güterschuppen with presentation of the "WS Online Award
The crowning finale was the Flying Dinner in the Güterschuppen, a trendy restaurant in Arosa, where we ended the ski day together and toasted to 25 years of Waldhart Software.
A special highlight was also the presentation of the WS Online Award - this year it went to the Alpen Sports ski school in Neukirchen for the most Google reviews.
Conference and workshops with presentation of innovations and panel discussion
On day 3 our developers reported on the innovations from the pandemic years. In a stimulating panel discussion, ski school directors discussed the future of the ski school and encouraged reflection on paperless work. The presentation of the progress we have made regarding classification videos for all ski schools and a summary of our video workshop in Galtür formed the conclusion of the meeting.
After a joint lunch, all participants* had the opportunity to take advantage of a 4-eye-talk with our staff* or to participate in the workshop "Your editorial plan" and develop a marketing plan for the year.
We would like to thank Noldi Heiz for his hospitality and all participants for being there, collaborating, thinking along, exchanging ideas and providing input, which is particularly important for us as we move forward into the future.
