Communication takes place everywhere and at all times, even when we are supposedly not communicating, we are communicating. Therefore, we thought it was time to address this topic at the WS Days.
We were able to win over 2 experts in this field, who will firstly lead through the event and secondly provide valuable and exciting inputs on this topic: Günther Reichhalter and Florian Pallua.
They will give us theoretical inputs, will let us look at some things from new angles and will always provide a practical reference to the work in the ski school, i.e. the communication in the ski school.
The news at Waldhart Software, which we will also present at the WS Days, also has to do with communication: communication with the customer, communication with the employees. Whereby our communication in these cases is a digital one.
We would like to share with you not only our first experiences with the new online store, but also present some innovations:

- automated newsletter system
- interface from WS Sport Mobil to Facebook Messenger
- Syllabus
The focus is on the exchange with you - our customers: what experiences have you had with our tools, what developments do you welcome, where should we go together? We are eager to hear your suggestions and opinions.
In order to promote this exchange, we have also come up with a lot of ideas for the supporting program.

Day 1: Tuesday, April 02
- Until 18.00 hrs: Arrival and check-in - check-in is guaranteed from 15.00 hrs.

2nd day: Wednesday, 03 April
- Free skiing together under the guidance of Tom Egger
- approx. 12.00 o'clock lunch in the mountain restaurant
- from 14.00 - 18.30 hrs Conference with a varied mix of general topics on communication and topics from the Waldhart company
- approx. 19.00 o'clock dinner in the Auenhütte
- End of the day at the hotel bar
3rd day: Thursday, 04. April

- 09.00 - 13.30 hrs Conference with innovations from the Haue Waldhart, best practice examples and exchange of information
