Tuesday, March 18, 2025:

• 1:30 PM: Admission and welcome at the St. Ulrich Congress Center
• 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM: We kick off the WS Days with inspiring workshops and presentations on experiences with dynamic pricing, the latest developments in AI, and the current development status and timeline of the new WS Sports. There will also be plenty of time to network with your colleagues from the WS Community.
• We will end the evening with a shared dinner at Restaurant Mont Sëuc on the Seiser Alm.

Wednesday, March 19, 2025:

• 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM: Challenging slopes, breathtaking panoramas, and lots of skiing fun – during our shared ski day, you'll experience South Tyrol at its best. Guides from the St. Ulrich Ski School will lead us on three different tours through the ski area:
  • the Lagazuoi ski tour,
  • the Sellaronda, or
  • leisure skiing on the Seiser Alm.
• Details on the individual tours can be found further down on the website. 
• In the evening: Dinner at your respective hotel or a restaurant of your choice

Thursday, March 20, 2025:

• 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM / 12:30 PM: To conclude the WS Days 2025, exciting workshops await you in the morning.
• From 12:00 PM / 12:30 PM, a best-practice session with the St. Ulrich Ski School follows, including snacks and a relaxed gathering on the ski school grounds.
• 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM: Official end of the WS Days 2025
• Afterwards, there will be time for a season review with the South Tyrolean ski schools.

Whether it's the challenging Sellaronda, leisurely descents, or spectacular panoramas – together with our host Leo Zambon, ski school director of the St. Ulrich Ski School, we have put together three different tours for our ski day.

⛷️Guides from the St. Ulrich Ski School will accompany us on these tours and ensure that you can enjoy the best slopes and views while gliding through this ski adventure safely and comfortably.

• Ski School Director Leo recommends – Lagazuoi Tour: Embark on a fascinating ski tour through the impressive mountain world of the Dolomites. From St. Ulrich, we will guide you over varied slopes with spectacular views of highlights such as the Grödner Joch, Alta Badia, and the legendary Lagazuoi. A special highlight: The ride on a horse-drawn sleigh will take you through the snow-covered landscape in an unforgettable way.
   
• The Classic – Sellaronda Tour: Experience an unforgettable ski tour on the famous Sellaronda. From St. Ulrich, we will explore the breathtaking beauty of the Dolomites as you cross the four majestic passes around the Sella massif. This tour offers picturesque villages and impressive landscapes, including Seceda, Arabba, the Sellajoch, and Corvara.
   
• Leisurely Skiing – Seiser Alm: Romantic silence, white mountains, and an atmosphere straight out of a fairytale – that's the Seiser Alm in winter. With 56 square kilometers, it is the largest high-altitude meadow in Europe. Here you will find breathtaking views of the Dolomites peaks Langkofel, Plattkofel, and Schlern. Enjoy a relaxing day with fantastic descents and delicious local specialties.

This year, we will also offer you for the first time three different hotels with varying accommodation options and prices. We have reserved rooms at the following accommodations:

WS Participation Fee

• Free cancellation: You can cancel your participation free of charge until February 18, 2025.
• 50% cancellation fee: For cancellations made by March 4, 2025, 50% of the participation fee will be charged.
• 80% cancellation fee: If you cancel by March 17, 2025 (one day before the event begins), 80% of the participation fee will be due.
• If you do not show up without prior cancellation, the full amount (100%) will be charged.
