Content and SEO Manager with team leadership function
We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced individual who is passionate about digital content and eager to strengthen our marketing team with expertise, writing skills, and creative ideas.
In this position, your main focus will be on hands-on work in content and SEO. In addition, you will take on a team leadership role and work closely with management on the further development of our marketing strategy.
Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the conceptualization and implementation of websites and SEO projects.
- You independently maintain, structure, and optimize content within the TYPO3 content management system.
- You create high-quality, search engine optimized copy for websites, newsletters, and blogs.
- You ensure that all content supports our SEO strategy and meets the highest quality standards.
- You take on the professional and organizational leadership of a small team and promote the development of your colleagues.
- Together with management, you work on the strategic direction of our online marketing and contribute new ideas.
Your Profile
- You have professional experience in content management and SEO.
- You hold a degree in marketing, communications, or media studies.
- You have a strong sense of language and enjoy writing audience-focused content.
- You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented way – even in dynamic projects.
- You have strong knowledge of digital tools; experience with TYPO3 or a comparable CMS is a plus.
- You are communicative, motivating, and able to inspire your team.
- You have a good understanding of marketing strategies and their implementation.
