Snowli, Tetris and fries - a day at the ski school

What does a typical day at a ski school actually look like? The documentary “Snowli, Tetris and Chips – A Day at the Ski School” offers fascinating insights into daily life at the Swiss Corvatsch-Pontresina Ski School.

A look behind the scenes of the ski school

The Swiss Ski School Corvatsch-Pontresina is not the largest, but one of the longest ski schools in Switzerland. Spread across four locations in the Upper Engadin – from the Maloja Pass to the Bernina Pass – it looks after around 600 children on peak days. Up to 105 ski instructors are on duty to make this possible. A film crew accompanied the ski school and shows how much organization, commitment, and passion lie behind what appears to be a playful day on the slopes.

The film is part of the RTR program “Cuntrasts”, which presents 25-minute documentaries covering a wide and diverse range of topics. The focus is on Romansh and Graubünden culture, as well as stories from everyday life, society, politics, culture, and sports.

Organization at the highest level

What looks playful and easy in the video is actually the result of precise planning and efficient processes. Group assignments, course coordination, resource planning, and spontaneous adjustments must work seamlessly – often in real time.

The film shows how our digital solutions support the daily operations of the ski school. Processes run efficiently and reliably in the background – allowing the on-site team to focus on what really matters: taking care of the children and creating a great experience on the slopes.

Whether course organization, participant management, or internal coordination – digitalization provides the foundation for a structured yet flexible workflow.

We are proud that our software helps our customer deliver exactly that: unforgettable experiences on the slopes.
