Perfectly prepared newsletters for our guests & partners

We successfully started the new season with newsletter marketing and sent out newsletters to our ski school customers and service partners in September and October. A huge advantage is that the editorial plan can be prepared in the quiet time and is no longer an additional effort in the main season. The newsletters, which are perfectly coordinated with our corporate identity, generate attention and create long-term customer loyalty.

When we decided to redesign our website, we turned to Waldhart Software. We have been working with the ski school programme and the online shop for a long time - so it was obvious to also commission Waldhart Software with the creation of the new website. We appreciated the new disposition very much and also enjoyed working with it. I am very happy with how it went, and yes in the second part of the season I was quite stretched to the limit with the staff, but we could almost always find a solution. I am also very satisfied with our newly introduced school system. It was also very much appreciated by the guests, which is of course the best thing.

Online shop - WS Mobil - Customer portal: enormous relief in the office, greatly improved service and transparency for customers

since the 2009/2010 season. During this time, we have steadily expanded the use of the system. Since we have been using the online shop in combination with the customer portal and WS SPORTS Mobile, we have been able to save an enormous amount of time and resources - payments via the shop and the customer portal, no more printing out tickets and allocating groups to instructors directly via the scheduling system. Since then, we have constantly received compliments on how well organised the ski school is.

I particularly enjoy working at WS because they encourage me to play to my individual strengths. I can grow in exactly the area that suits me best and gives me the most pleasure. The management team supports and encourages my personal development.

Working at WS is not only fun, but they also have decent pay. There are no strict hierarchies here – everyone is treated equally and, above all, with respect. Our joint team events are unforgettable and make our team spirit stronger.
